The Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS) is proud to host its first Road Safety Conference – Road Safety: Addressing the Bottom Billions – to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The conference will be an ideal venue to bring together the key players in road safety within the Asia Pacific Region.
We are pleased to invite prospective conference presenters to submit abstract(s) for oral or poster session for consideration by the Programme Committee.

Conference Themes
The ROSCON is requesting abstracts for oral and poster presentation that are applicable to the conference theme – Road Safety: Addressing the Bottom Billions. Provided below are the five pillars that addresses the conference theme:
- Road Safety Management
- Sustainable Infrastructure
- Vehicle Safety
- Road Users
- Pre/Post-crash Trauma
The list is intended to spark thinking about issues to be addressed, and not to be comprehensive or limiting.
